Stole this link from another site.

They suggested it was somewhere in Rhode Island.

General BS and Laughs / Southern Ontario members.....

I am going to be in S Ontario the weekend of Sept 17/18. While the wife and daughter do the "wedding planning", I'm looking to see if there are any car events in the area. Basically within 2 hours of Milton. Anything happening?

MEMBERS Project Cars in Progress / Started on the Monaco
« on: May 12, 2011, 05:07:20 PM »
Got a new sending unit into the tank, now I just have to get the ambition to get the tank back in the car.  I used a 68 B-body unit. It is very close to the original. About 1" longer and just a very slightly different angle at the end. It will work just fine for me. Need to pick up a piece of 5/16 fuel hose and clamps so I can "git er done".  Saturday I go to the wreckers and see if he has some steel wheels I can use.

General Mopar Discussions / Tiny radiator
« on: May 10, 2011, 09:33:25 AM »
As I was looking over the Monaco, I thought the rad looked a little small. I thought the 22" was the small one. Apparently not. This car has an 18" rad in there, with a side bracket on the driver's side to fit into the 22" yoke. I think I will replace it with the 22" out of the New Yorker when I yank the motor. Anyone else come across this pee-wee?

Has anyone ever come across a build sheet like I found in the back seat of the Monaco?

Thanks to the eldest of three boys, the first grandchild was born early this morning. Strapping boy of 10 pounds and 22.5 inches (definitely C body stature). Going to start him on the right path early. Maybe I'll have the car done before he leaves for university.

What do you think of the General Tire Altimax RT available at our local Crappy Tire. I'm thinking about these for the Monaco in a 235-70/15.

General BS and Laughs / I've been given a second chance
« on: April 15, 2011, 01:33:44 PM »

Well, the 69 Monaco 500 I posted about last week is available to me.  Iv'e had a second chance. Weather permitting I'm off for the 400 mile trek  tomorrow to go see it in person.   If it's anything like the 50 pictures he sent me, I'll be picking it up in a couple of weeks. Need to find a fuel pickup for it so the tank can go back in.

I stole this link from another forum. Neat way to spruce up your house.

You can even send them one of your own pictures to really make it unique.
