Check the spark. Do you have the idle screws set at 2 turns out?

TEMPORARILY, run a jumper wire across the ballast resistor and see if she starts. If she does, shut her off and remove the wire, replace the ballast resistor.

i was jw it seems to fire on cranking motion when once cranking stops its like the firing stops. Im going tomarrow change oil/filter/new plugs/points/ put the coil back in the holder and the resistor mount on firewall then try it.

Your video is private, so as Steve said, we can't look at it. If you say it sounds like it will run with the key engaged, but stops as soon as the key is from start to run and dies, it is the ballast resistor. Sometimes they go out at the strangest times.

Check the float level.  I went through much of this recently.

It's not the ballast resistor with that sound, it is still not getting enough fuel. I take it you didn't mess with the timing so won't go there. Try this. Set the choke. Hit the gas once and see if it adjusts automatically, and if not, either adjust, or simply manually close it on the gateways and get her running, worry about the adjustments after you get her running. The choke isn't closing enough to make her run.

I didn't see you pump the gas at all, something that has to be done with carb'd engines, which don't work the same as the EFI systems.

So, pump the gas pedal twice, verify the choke closes (if it doesn't, do it manually and make it hold on the counterweight gateway), then get in and turn the key.
