Are there any factory 16 inch rims that would fit on my Windsor?  I think the Ram truck has a different bolt pattern.

There may be a five lug in the truck department, but definitely nothing in the car department that is from that era. The PT Cruisers have 16 inch wheels, but not sure what the bolt pattern spacing is, even though they are five lug wheels. Get into a couple wheel sites with bolt pattern spacing and match something up that way.

Truck rims are 5 on 5 since 1985.
Eileen has 5 on 4.5 blt pattern
You can buy aftermarket 16 inch rims from Summit Racing--

or aftermarket rims like I have on my Waygun..

Sorry,bloss for the product plug..
I can get 'em..16's 17's or 18's
The 16's are on sale 149.95 from 177.00
http://www.fastwheels.ca/?keyword=flashback&Search=%A0&Itemid=62&option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse
They will bolt on a C with drum brakes with no mods, but require tuner style lug nuts and none available in LH thread.
Disc brakes require hogging out the register on the rim itself to clear the snout.
Available in silver or black.
Also available in 8 spoke as well.
You can run either a 23565R16 or 25560R16 tire both are 28 inches tall.
The wagon is running a 23560R16 which is 27 inches tall.
Hope this helps.

5 X 4 1/2?  There's tons of options.  Even 20"  Our charger has that bolt pattern

The LX/LY platform run a 5-115 bolt pattern that you can fit,but the offset is different.
However many otherss have bolted up Charger wheels to C bodies with no real issues.
I recommend using hub centering rings to avoid any vibration issues and keep the lugs from backing off.

The PT has what is known as the "200 mm" bolt pattern.  If that is 5x4.5 you can use them.

Current Dodge Charger or Challenger wheels will bolt right up.  You might be able to find some take offs somewhere

PT bolt pattern is 5 X 10, the same as a Neon

Maybe he means diameter.  As I recall, they did have a wide pattern
