ALL science is, by definition, theoretical.  Theory developed by experimentation, observation, data collection and analysis, and to say that a theory has to be proven to be a static fact to be actionable, based on our best current knowledge, is just plain absurd.

Nice truck!  My understanding is that it's a VM Motori built engine, biggest diesel maker in the world and a Division of Fiat-Chrysler. Injection and engine management is Bosch.
That's my kind of car!

I have a soft spot for fuselage wagons, we had 4 while the kids were growing up:
'71 Custom Sub 318
'72 T & C 440
'73 Custom Sub 400
'73 Sport Sub 440

always wanted a '74-'77 but never found one, had a '76 and '77 Gran Fury and '77 Newport though.

IMO Polaraco would be somewhat easier (if not easy) to sell if it hadn't been modded, the average guy wouldn't have a clue... OR if it was a Chebby!  (ducks and runs...)

Anything car related Steve?  I recall you were pretty good at Dodge sales At Johnsons!

BTW I got a call from Leaburn yesterday - he's well and making major progress on BOAB!

Ya that be it.  Just thought that the body on this wagon looked really exceptionally clean and rust- free... living in Upstate NY that's the first thing you tend to notice!  The rest is a piece of cake!

I'd love a wagon like that.  While my 3  kids were growing up over a span of 15 yrs or so we had 4 full size Mopar wagons, though from the fuselage era instead, '71s to '73s.   And my Dad had a '67 Fury III that exact same beige color.

In '68  he was also in the market for a wagon for my Mom, and he brought home a '67 Chrysler T & C wagon, used with 10K miles, in Dark Turquoise, to try out, but we ended up with a '68 Ford Country Squire.  I lobbied for the Chrysler, but lost out, he'd been a Ford man since the '40s, and the '67 Fury was the only Mopar he ever bought! I remember him commenting he thought that Mopars had too much transmission/rear-end gear whine.. and it's true they were somewhat more noisy than THM and CruiseOMatics.

That '67 in AZ is a pretty rare wagon nowadays. Cool car.
He says there's other cars there from a 45 year collection...  might be worth checking out Chris!

Musta got one from a Newport hardtop where it had to be from a 4 dr sedan or wagon to fit.

Better to put in one of those molded removeable ones and just spray in oil or some such in the bed before putting it in, that's what Vermonters do and we deal with salt 6 months of the year. Youse Western guys don't know what real corrosion is  (...jeaulosy rearing it's ugly head..)

Look, believe me I understand the rationale, but I'm selling it, I'm way underwater already, and I'm not inclined to further any expenses that won't be recoverable...capiche?  It's gonna be a loss as is.

Good advice, but this poly only has 42k on it... "If it ain't broke" comes into play.
