Code 21 came up on the Sebring today.. that is the o2 sensor failure code.

I'm sure my 2.5 V6 has two o2 sensors.. do I have to change both of them.. how do you know which one failed?

I was reading about the history of highway 401 ( which goes from Quebec to Windsor then joins to interstate 75 that goes to Florida.

I found this pic from the early 1970's in Toronto. Looks like an Imperial on the left, a 73/74 Charger ( or maybe a cougar?) in the middle and a Vega on the right.. cool old pic..

Can a 361 be bored out to a standard 383 bore? I wasn't sure how thick the cylinder wall is on a 361.

I was looking at some KB Pistons for down the road when I do a complete rebuild.

I know you will say that I should just get a 383, but I need a block with a boss at the front of the block tapped for the '65 motor mount and I'm not pissing around with tapping another block.

I went out the other day to start up the old '65 and let her run for a bit. With the AFB it would take forever to get started... with the Holley it took two pumps and fired up.. and that was at -10 C ( 14F).. wow and that was after a month of sitting in the cold..and with no choke

My wife went to bring our 1992 Jeep Cherokee home tonight and the following happened.

The headlight won't work, the turn signals don't work but and they are lit up on the dashboard.

The high beam light is on on the dash ..

I'm thinking maybe the dimmer switch on the column went for a crap.

I did notice the other day that the wiper didn't work right away but came on when I went down the road.

Does this sound like a dimmer switch problem?

Right now I'm running a mid 90's M-1 aluminum Dual plane intake on the 361. From what i have read it is basically an aluminum version of the 383 Magnum intake.

I have read a ton of great reviews and dyno test about the Edelbrock Performer RPM dual plane intake.  I'm thinking this might be a great new intake for Eileen this spring.

I found when I ran a 1 inch phenolic spacer on the 361 and the M-1 Intake the botton end improved quite a bit but I ran into linkage and throttle cable length issues.

The Edelbrock intake would help since the runner are longer ( much like having the 1 in spacer)

Can I swap any cable from a mopar on to the '65? I would think a slant six car would get me a longer cable..

I'm getting some HP manifold for helping my friend find NOS tips for his 6 pack fury..

I thought since I'm modifying my exhaust to fit the HP manifolds.. I might throw in an X pipe.

Where is the best place to put it?

Don't tell me to buy the TTI exhaust cause it's over a grand up here to get that exhaust..and that is not in my budget..

While check out " the Snakes " restoration of the Mongoose truck ( old Sox and Martin Truck).. you will see the industrial engine with the high mounted water pump like we have been talking about..

I like those exhaust manifold too..

Since the C bodies use the same front segment length as the B bodies.. why couldn't you use the 4 bar/coil over kit in a C? I understand there is probably a width difference between the frame rail so the crossmember for the coilovers would have to be lengthened and same with the panhard bar.. but otherwise you would think the kit should work on a C?

With the weird drivers side area n the 65..  would thinking about seeing if street rod headers might fit ...
