When are you going to test it out?

Looking good, Steve!  I can't wait to check it out in person - very soon.  I will call you. ;)

Steve, can you enlighten us novices with interior stuff (me, anyway) as to how you are repairing the pad?  I have the stock CJ pad for my Jeep and as long as it clears the cage I want to re-install it but it has PLENTY of cracks.  I was considering just wrapping it in something.
What is that can down there?

What do you think about cutting it out and using a good driver outer rail to make it a full 3/16 box in that section?  I'd do the same to the drivers side so both sides are of equivelant strength.  My old frame's outer rails are still solid in that section.

Hello all!  It's been a while...I am not sure if I have ever introduced my AMC\\Jeep CJ7 named Mangy Mutt but we just call her Mangy for short.  She is an interesting Jeep...my toy and sanity when typical '1st world life problems' get to be too much.

Making quick progress.  Glad to hear you're finally getting around to fixing the dash wiring for good - get the gremlins out once and for all.

So the real problem was that you needed some 'alone time' in the shower to get you thinking?

Looking Good!  Love the new sidesteps!  Did you pull that intake tube off or cut the new lower valance around it?  I don't see it...
