MEMBERS Project Cars in Progress / A little info for all
« on: October 29, 2016, 12:01:06 PM »
Hey guys, Dave Z is going to post a way to make pictures smaller and see if he has the software to post larger pictures to help us out. I know there have been a lot of projects out there everyone has been doing this year, start sharing it with all. I know there isn't a whole lot of us on here, but kind of miss seeing and hearing how all are doing, so start posting.

Tech- - Engine / 1958 Plymouth starter question
« on: March 15, 2015, 10:31:41 PM »
OK guys, friend has a '58 Savoy with starter problems. Needs to replace it. It has a dual quad 361 and pushbutton trans (of course), and it turns out the mini starter doesn't fit/work. My question is, is the difference between the starters due to the age and the fact the starter is an old cast iron monster and six volt instead of 12 volt? Pretty sure there isn't a flywheel number of teeth that is different from the newer ones, anyone have any info to teach me?

General BS and Laughs / Happy Independence Day to all

Well someone had to do it.

Guys and gals, 237 years ago, the birth of a nation was decided, based on equality and freedom. Many, many lives have been lost over these years, protecting one another and others throughout the world. This great nation still remains the beacon of hope for all, hated by those jealous of what we allow ourselves to do, inventor of more than half the inventions during this time, and loved by most, even if it is envy that drives them. I, and many of you out there, have served this great nation to protect and promote what has been called the Greatest Experiment on the Planet, and proud of what we stand for. We have had dark times in our history, but the light will shine upon us in due time, so what I really want to say is,

HAVE A GREAT INDEPENDENCE 4th of JULY, Y'all!
