Title: Historic Chrysler restored
Post by: Stitcherbob on August 13, 2014, 06:08:57 PM
We just finished a comprehensive restoration on Walter P Chrysler's Imperial limo that he had built for his wife Della. It's on it's way to Pebble beach and hopefully will get a lot of attention there.

It would have been a treat to see it in real life.
Bobby. . . That ramp is costing me $100 in steel.  And I still have to weld it together.  Grrrrrrrrrrr

Just heard both cars won 1st in their classes....and a 1954 Ferrari won Best in Show. First time for a Ferrari, and it hasn't been since 1968 that a post war car has won it.....
