Yeah, watched it on TV. Not a bad investment, one of two built for the USA, only one known to be numbers matching and in existence. Cool.

Sorry guys, but I cannot celebrate a massed produced US made car that was built on the same assembly line as one with a /6 going for this kind of money.  It's ridiculous and such practices are destroying the car hobby.

The Hemi "insert type of car here" really for the most part make me Yawn.  (http://www.moparfins.com/forum/smileys/smiley12.gif)   I have seen so many, and they have been so over done in the mags I just find it hard to care.

Now show me a one owner, /6, 3 on the tree car and I'll crawl all over that thing.  You know what my favorite car was at the last show I went to....An original 4dr AMC eagle!!  My seond Fav was a 64 Valiant 2dr with a /6, that was turbo charged....AND on PROPANE!!!

No, the Cash for Clunkers, and then shows like Fast and Loud and Counting Cars. Yes, there is a lot of labor and lots of nice new parts, and paintjobs and body work are very expensive due to time consumed to make them look nice, but then they have guys forking out double what the cars are really worth, just jacking the price up for the rest of us. Ten years ago and more a person couldn't sink this kind of money into any car and expect to make a profit on it, now people are asking higher prices because a couple shows indicate guys will be making up to $10,000 off them with the right buyer.
