Hey Andrew, welcome!

To sell or not to sell would be up to you and what you'd want to do.

That car has no "frame" since it is a "uni-body" car.  If you are talking about there being rust in the body rails under the car they can be repaired.  Steve Fogel on this site (Hurst1) had it done on his '70 300-Hurst.  It's not cheap, but the car has hope.

The same goes for things like the floor pans and trunk; they can be repaired but you need to find a donor car to pull the parts off of.  Unlike a B or E Body car, these parts are not being made after-market.

If the suspension parts are rusted, the job is much easier as these are readilly available.

Good luck!  Snotty

Andrew, I have the same decisions to make on my '69 Monaco wagon, where the body needs work, but is decent... the interior is great... the front subframe has alot of rust, as do some of the suspension parts. It can all be replaced or repaired but will take time and $$$. The good news is, this is the place to go for advice. There is a lot of knowledge here.

Welcome.

Bob

Snotty isn't very good at reading between the lines and he jumps posts.  Above all, he's cheap. (http://www.moparfins.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif)

I'd go to your house and jump your bald pate except for one thing... can't afford the trip!!!

Let's put it this way.  An old car like that is a head turner everywhere you go.
