As per the doc's sched, we would have a c-section birth today at about the time I am typing this. As the Lord has his own ideas, her water broke last night and the new one was removed from her at 10:37 pm.  All went well. All are doing great.  Joshua Michael is 7 lbs 10.9 oz and 20 inches. So he came 12 hours earlier than planned, is 5 oz heavier and 1 inch longer than Jacob was 11.5 yrs ago....  Different hair color and eye color, too!

hmmmm... since Jacob is getting the Shelby 'kota in a few years, I guess Joshua will get the D'ango...  as if 11 yrs apart isn't crazy  enough, I am handing a limited production truck to son #1 and planning on handing a 5.9 Durango to son #2.....

Well, it is shower time for the big brother so we can get back to the hospital and see Mommy and the newbie.....

Congrats!
Don't get your hopes up about them wanting those two vehicles.....when I was 16 I was offered my dad's 66 NYKR hardtop sedan......but all I wanted was a 69 Roadrunner! The NYKR went to a 19 year old who drove it all over the place. Looking back, I should have kept it (Dad bought it new) but it was a 4 door and all the high school kids were into performance cars.

Adopt a 44 yr old???  At 41 myself, I would have to be in W.Va. topull that one off.... lol

Announcing grandees.... at the rate we are going, every eleven years i've announce my own, so in 11 years i might be announcing a grandee seeing how one is 11 now...

and the vehicles they may want/drive... so far for the last 2 years my now 11 yr old has been calling the Shelby 'kota his and wants to do it in its original white and Shelby stripes as it was before the paint and decals all started peeling off... He'll probably end up with a rice-burner

THANKS FOR THE CONGRATS AND WELL WISHES GUYS... AND YES, MOM AND BABY ARE DOING GREAT. HE IS ALREADY SLEEPING 4 HRS BETWEEN FEEDINGS, HAS POOPED ON MY HANDS AND MAKES HIS BROTHER LOOK LIKE A LITTLE MAN...

Congratulations to you and yours!  I'm glad all is well with everyone.  It's about time for some GOOD news around here!

If ya keep-up your 11-year cycles you'll be a dirty old man when your next little one arrives
