Painting a roof looks familiar.  At least you didn't have hail damage from Illinois to deal with.

To answer the question:

Green is a great color for big Chryslers... and it seems like most of them came that way!

I yearn for the day when I can afford to have my Newp repainted the silver it was made with!

Well I snuck my NY'er in between jobs and got the green on it. I hope to find the time to sand and buff it soon but this weekend is Fall Fling in California. Maybe next weekend.

Yeah I cut some corners on this one.  the fact is it's a 4dr "C" Body. What's it worth?  $3000-$4000 maybe? If I put a 10 thousand dollar paint job on it maybe $3500-$4500. Just trying to be smart about it.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssss. Makes no sense at all to spend thousands of dollars to change the color of a $3000 car.

That's what I figured and I am sure you masked it off ever so carefully that most wouldn't  even notice. That and you didn't want to mess up those stupid plastic clips.
