If you can take a 2nd look, code 691 will verify if the car was an ordered car.
Try to see if there is a number typed in the 58-blank for "hub-caps or wheel covers"

Lea,

The number is 58 but the 4 is in the next field.  The red hub caps I've posted here are the spares.  The originals are silver and say disc brake all over them.

I'll get a pic of the requested field in a bit, I like shooting macro shots.

The 691 will be in the same row as the wheel covers but more to the right. It is there but the seat springs cut into it. If the "1" is typed,it was an ordered car.
If you had the rest of the sheet further right would show if the car came with the "cop" suspension code 648 in the FLEET ITEMS section
584 is the  disc brake wheel covers and I was unaware you had spares.,If it was my car,I would put the original hubcaps back on--the car is such an oddball.

Shot of the wheel cover entry.  Any idea where a second might be located?  The back seat was pulled once as there was a cb radio installed at one time.  Still have the cable under the seat and carpet, the whip is in the trunk.

Here ya go.You will see what is missing from your sheet.
581 on my sheet is standard deluxe wheel covers. The next box that is blank is where your 584 should be.Right next to that is the 3 speed wipers.
Hope this helps.

Ah.  597 has a 9,  58 has a 1, and the ordered car location is worn through.  I can see it says "sold car" but the area where the type would be is gone.  589 is worn through but look blank.

Interesting little bit of info... My wife just handed me an envelope filled with registration cards her grandfather kept for this car that date from '94 all the way back to '69.

Yeah yeah I'll sell it to ya, but I gotta get into the trunk since I dont remember for sure which it is.  I "think" it's lip mounted but not 100%.  I'd pull her out to open the trunk  but we're having a bit of snow at the moment.  I'll have more info for you this weekend.
