Now that's just cool. I didn't see anyone actually working on restoring anything, I wonder if they have a hobby shop area for those that do?

Except for maybe changing the oil, when you have bucks up to 1/2 a mil just for a garage why actually get your hands dirty? I doubt many there restore their own cars.

Yeah, well, that's what I want. A community just like this, but with everyone running around in greasy/dirty coveralls every night (hey, part of my community has a coverall and rag cleaning service that is part of your HOA fees, haha),  and everyone runs around and helps each other because they want to, not because they have to. Screw the sterile environment where people don't do things, I like the place and all that, but consider this a Trailer Queen community.

Hey, I just coined a new term!!

Basically for rich guys who want to show off, not get dirty working on
their cars. Not for me, I actually like working on them maybe more even
than driving them, it keeps me sane...well, sort of.

Me too.  The wife does not understand how I find it "relaxing" to wrench and putter in the garage for hours.

Ill because you can't go to a place like this, or the fact there isn't any grease anywhere or anyone wrenching on cars? I'm the same way, I can go out to the garage and stand on my feet and port a head for five hours at a time without any problems, or sand a body panel for hours, or hang over the fenders, whatever. I actually make myself take breaks to have a smoke or drink something non-alcoholic.
