It could have been worse.
At least you get your money order back by registered mail.
Besides, I was leary of that sidewall bulge.
I got to have sum 'shine before giving it away (that or lose it to the customs officers) to a German guy  named "Axle" who was packing a container full of Mopar parts and a cherry 69 440 powered 69 Polara to be shipped back to Germany .
(Mopars are really big over there and have a solid following)

The shine?? That schtuff is strong!!
Jack says he will stick to his beer,LOL!!He almost coughed up a third lung!!
Axle was outside the better part of the morning and the shine took the chill off,LOL!!
Me? I had to wait an hour for the buzz to wear off before hitting the road back home.

I am out 3 hours and a quarter tank gas.
I cannot complain..
It is not everyday a Canuck,a Yankee, and a German can share a common interest and drink West Virgina moonshine together in an Upper New York State Mopar wrecking yard..

It was not meant to be,anyways.
The guy was hard to deal with, based on what alumacan has said.
There was no deposit, and the seller had a point.
On the flipside,he was totally aware of our arrangement.
Here's what he said to me..

Not saying it was right or wrong, but like he said, cash at the door buys the parts. I have had times that "hold it for me and I will buy it" has fallen through and then the second buyer as a back-up falls through also because they found something else. Sorry for your loss, but it does happen.
