I got my two 95 Dakota Sports swapped out and running. One body with the 2.5 and 5spd removed, dash, all wiring from the bed forward exchanged, engine/tranny, exhaust, fuel tank and lines, radiator, and about a half dozen parts broken in the wreck all swapped into the truck from the crashed one, three new mounts, belt, fluids, gasket set and valve job on a set of ported heads (of course), and she purrrrrrrrrrrs. I have one horn wire that is broken to fix, may install the cruise control (on a truck, come on.....), and get new fog lamps. I don't think I will swap out the power door locks and windows, cranks work just fine.

The Chrysler is parked until I replace the front hub, so I'm working on some little projects.
Replacing the parking brake cable
The top motor is getting flaky, so going to pull it, and see if I can make one good one out of the three on hand.
Put the glove box back in
Clean up the wiring for the underdash stereo.

The Dart is still running (I'm not sure how some mornings) but I need to nag my friend about getting the replacement heads ready to go.

Found some window channel weatherstrip from a Dodge pickup that works perfect, so that should take care of the worst wind leaks.
