Or I go with the standard Mopar ignition and maybe throw the box on that?

I know it is cool to have these cool boxes and all that, but once you have electronic ignition, put a good coil on her and away you go for a whole lot more money in your pocket. If you were going to be racing, redlining her a thousand feet at a time and stuff like that, great, otherwise, I just pulled a Barry on you and saved you more than $241, or almost twice what you were going to pay for the system on the previous post. Get yourself a good Mallory or Accel big yellow coil and you will be good to go. I know you want to spend money on the best and all that, but basically, one set of muffler bearings are more than enough to get the job done efficiently.

LOL  Ed

My sentiments exactly.  That's why the plain old mopar ignition was the secone post.

I should lay off the brandy.  Which reminds me, , , I brought you a bottle of Blackberry and we never popped it

Yeah I do Brian. . .But I was looking for something that was electronically controlled to tie into the EFI system.  The EFI wants a tach signal, which is a no brainer for the Mopar system, but the CD box also get's a output signal.  Maybe I should just do this in Baby steps.  One thing at a time.  I just wanted to close the hood and forget it

From the sounds of it, you forgot to even buy the brandy!

Anyway, tach signal can come right off the coil, just like the tach on my Charger.....saved you a ton more, again!

Stock distributor with new upper and lower bushings for stability, and if you want, get a Pertronics, I hear they are really powerful.

It is your money, and if you want to spend it, go ahead, it is just a bit of a waste even for your throttle body injection system.
