Is a 65 Chrysler Oil Pan one year only?
« on: June 21, 2010, 04:10:04 PM »

My Idler is hitting the oil pan, and the pan is knotched.  It's a 62 413 Engine.

I either have the wrong Idler, Pan or the motor mounts are real bad.

Ideas?

No I haven't looked any further

You work in the Poconos?  You really don't want to do that do you?  That's the eastern Bad Lands

Milodone makes one, new.

I'm pretty sure it's the same pan for a 413 as it for a 383.  I have a 413

It's either that or I bend this one

Gettin old and Mind Clutter. . .but we weren't specifically discussing a 65, which is apparently a 1 year only deal.  I've seen references to 62 to 65 on the pans, and this is a 62 motor.  So something is wrong
