I think they are, but I suggest you take one out of the AFB and compare it

Not sure how they "wear out" unless the tip is messed up and needs to be reconditioned. Simply take the screw and polish the tip with some 400/600grit sandpaper, stretch the spring a little bit if it is weak, just not that much can wear out for unless the threads are worn down, and then you have to figure the AFB is going to wear that out vice the threads of the needle (the carb body is softer metal).
