I have used my stock oil pickup with the Milodon.  I did have to test fit it using a lump of pla-doh and then "tweek" it from there.

Milodon and Summit show part #18660 as a high flow intake for that pan. It still looks like the sump would be in the way of the idler arm. Anybody got a pic of that pan in a C body?

Does that Milodon 30671 pan have an angled right side like the CFR pan in this pic? If so it would probably fit with little to no modification at all.....

You can see how they do it in the picture.  Like I said somewhere, they stamp a slope in the pan instead of putting a dent in it.  Have to admit it looks nicer.
