Spring Fling Photos
« on: April 30, 2010, 10:27:11 AM »

Thought I'd take the time to post some of the other pictures I took while at Spring Fling.  Because Jerry's Gremlin was such a hit, we/I didn't wander very far from it, so my pictures are rather limited.  Hope you enjoy just the same!

E Bodies, B Bodies, and more, oh my!

Just behind us was this row made up of A and E 'Cudas, and more.

Thos Aussie car made a return visit.  I had posted it about two years ago at another Fling.

A person can't be alergic to Bees and come to this show.

Jerry's Gremlin was not the only AMC present.  There was also a Javelin accross the lawn, but I did not make it over there.

More from Spring Fling '10:

Ian from CBodyDryDock was there trying to sell this '64 273 4-speed Dart.

He did!  This man and his "women" bought it.  Good for you Ian!

The old and the newer.

There was a good gatehring of all types of Mopars.

Including those with stock slantys...

...and those that were modified!  I like this!

I DIG A100s, but this was the only one I saw.

If you know where to look you will see Jerry "holding school" around his Gremlin.

That's what I kept asking! I thought it was a '62 Plucked Chicken with a head light job and a bobbed rear end.

Only in the spring!  (And in public parks, golf courses, horse tracks, and every house in So. Cal. that gets its water from the Colorado River!)

Yes, Rob, you did!  Sorry I was so dense!

As for the question, if this site is truly to be about finned cars only then I need to leave, seeing as how I've never owned one, and neither do the vast majority of people on this site.

For me, this site is about all things Mopar, of which AMC became when they were purchased by Chrysler in '87.

But, if you want fins, imagine the rear spoiler on the Gremlin being turned on it's side and going lengthwise.  Viola' - Fins!  (At least one.)
