As kid in the 50's, I remeber reading PS and PM with all their future predictions.
I'm still waiting for the helocar...

I thought by now we'd be in Nuclear powered Jetson flying
rocket-mobiles... really!  I think we all thought that back
then!!  Anyone else here go to the NY Worlds Fair in
64-65??!   Or at least we'd be driving Turbines, like the
64 Chrylser Turbine... I even had a copper colored model of one! 
I still want one! ... firing up it sounds like a jet taking off. ..screw
the gas mileage!!
