It's not pointless, but unless you either drive a lot, or take a lot of time to do the conversion smart (ie use 1 new installation and install it in one car, go to DMV, install the parts in the next, etc and use old LPG-parts in the cars already passed). The parts cost about 800-1000 euro for a regular new installation, and still some 5-600 for a good used one. Besides, these standard installations wont suffice on the engines Herman's building.
