Well Chris just left with "Waldo". Gonna miss that tank. Still got the '64 300. I'll concentrate on that and hopefully be at Spring Fling with it (knocks on wood).

Hey Chris.  Put some real D rings on that trailer will ya?

A ratchet Binder will work better and more secure.  More work. . . .   But good to see chain being used.  I see allot of come-a-longs on the road.

Gotta teach you damned kids everything

Sorry to see it go.  But I know it's gone to a good home

Well Waldo and I just got home.  LA to Robs house and home to Phoenix. 9 hours and almost 600 miles.  Great trip though. No problems.  I delivered the 65 Fury Wagon to Anehiem on Friday, went to Fall Fling on Saturday and picked up Waldo today.  VERY busy weekend.  Truck did well, 17.5 mpg for the whole trip. Not bad for hauling two heavy cars both ways and 2 hours of LA rush hour traffic on Friday. And Steve, The chain binders I have were free so I use them. With a long cheater pipe they tighten up real tight. I've hauled cars all over the Southwest with no problem. The ratcheting ones would be easier but I make do with what I got. Well time for a cold beer and some relaxing.
