A great substitute for Pam....LOL
The Spaghetti-O's are my favourite and also a treat for my 15 year old Nephew who never had them before.
As long as I eat in moderation and go for walks after supper,the weight is under control.
My last DR appt I lost weight and the blood pressure is down almost normal.     
BTW,no duties or tax on grocery items..so no hassle at the border
