Great find

For some reason, the 71's didn't rust out like the earlier cars did.  My 71F3 was from Virginia and only had one spot on it in the RR quarter.  It took me 2 hours to weld in and paint.  Really severe.  LOL

OK word of warning on the 71 Fury's

They changed the electrical systems dramatically from 70.  The wiring SUCKS!  Get on that bulkhead connector.  Everyone I have ever scene is burned.  Mine had all sorts of problems, compounded by the Chimp wro rewired it before I got it.

If you find you don't want it, I'll take it off your hands.  I loved 71's.  That is exactly what my Dad's looked like.

Thanks for the wiring tip Steve - I'll have to look up that thread on
the bulkhead connector... this one's a keeper - it took me too long to
find one a cheap one that also has a decent body!

By the way, the wiring you see on the Bulk head instructions came from a 71.  That was like my 4th harness and none of them were any good.  Wiring was changed in 72.  Dee. . What a surprise

Seriously, if anyone in the NY NJ area is looking for a good solid car
for small money, give this guy a try, I know that he'll do his best to
follow thru - he's that kind of guy.  He delivered the car
AND  gave me the title, even though I told him I couldn't pay him
for a week!  Trust like that is rare nowadays!
