Polaraco Upgrades
« on: July 02, 2009, 08:09:08 AM »

Well. . .I finally got to Polaraco.  I put everything else aside to finish some of the upgrades.

I'll get some pictures for you . .but here's the list

*Upgraded the wipers to Delay Wipers.  Works beautiful!
*Finally removed those POS digital gauges and am replacing them with round digitals.  I also added a Fuel Mixture meter where the Heater controls used to be.  Just for fun
*Moved the noisey blower motor on the A/C system to where the stock fan was.  Ducted the blower with pieces of stove pipe and flexible duct.
*Chassis paint touch up and derusting from sitting.
*Added a digital Clock in the stock location.  Thanks to Bob for mounting that in a factory bezel for me
*Neatened up the wiring under the dash

I can do that.  I should have taken a picture of the harness.

But I know what went into it

I put a new fuel pressure regulator in and perked the car right up.  But I haven't driven it anywhere really to see if it fixed that high end

Must be some bad earth tremors in Jersey - the only thing not moving on those pictures is the time stamp!
