Hello Chris.  Sorry Buddy, I can't be there this time.  I am in a play this Friday and Saturday; I don't want to take the chance of a break down that would prevent me from geting back.  I do not believe I would break odwn, but I don't want to challenge fate.

I will be attending the Street Rod Nationals at the Bakersfield Fair on Saturday.  There are a few good Mopars there, but even more Hemis!!

See you in the Fall, Snotty

I wuz there!!!

Even got some pics!

Here's some of mine....

This thing was nice!  :thumb:

Nice original looking '66 Newport.

Numbers matching '69 Big Block Fastback....

Okay, my drool pumps were on max flow over this...maybe my '66 will look half this good someday....

Real nice '66 300 'vert

'17's look just right on it!  :thumb:

This poor 'ol '68 Fastback was out in the parking lot. It needs a lot of love but it looked like it was all there....dash was un-cut (you 2nd gen Fish guys know what I'm talking about!) It's even my favorite color... [color:green] GREEN!   [color:black]

The "Blue Moose", belongs to a buddy of mine on the MOPAX list.

Very fast, handles great, lousy back seat, cramped, some aspects of it are better than the Crown Vic.....Some not. This was according to the CHP Officer baby sitting it.

The back seat did look very cramped.

CHP Charger's Grand Daddy....

'69? Wagon with the "Superlight"

Size Matters Fury Lemons car

Power Wagon....'nuff said!  :thumb:

Two Copper 'Cudas...both belong to Barracuda Owners Group guys. The one on the right is the Johnny Lightning car.

That beat-up Fury was running at Buttonwillow Raceway last Thurdsay!  I was there to take photographer Scott Hislop around the track at lunch for the "parade."  However, a car dumping it's motor all over the track cancelled the whole thing!  Shame!  I wanted to drive on the track - even if it was only going to be 35 MPH!

I'm glad to see Gear Vendors has finally acknowledged the C Body.  Seven years ago they told me to take a hike!

Great pics Rob, Thanks. Great show as usual. Did pretty well in the swap meet in spite of the bad economy. I could've bought that 66 Newport for $900 but had no way to get it home. Oh well, can't buy them all.

There were two non-runner '66 300 4dr's for sale (pics on posterboard in the swap area) for around a grand each...both good parts cars. I got the itch to make my TnC a one of none 300 wagon....either of those  4dr's would have done nicely!

That Newp would have made a nice driver.

To bad I got more projects and ideas than money or sense
