Like the ad sez, spacers for the front control arm pivot for M and R-body cars ...other than that, I dunno *shrugs*

I really do not know.
I never had to tear apart my front end on th Dippy.
Besides I had a mechanic at my work replace the tie rods & ball joints for me.

I believe they are shims for adjusting the alignment on the upper control arm pivots....the cars are known for not having enough camber as built
