You can tell easily which is which by where the brake pedal pivots.    The Higher pivot point is the Power pedal & Lower pivot is a manual pedal.

The leverage Ratio's are different between them.    High pivot should be about 3:1 & the lower pivot is closer to 7:1.

Example,  if the distance on the High pivot from pivot to pushrod hole is 5" & overall pedal is 15"  divide 5 into 15 = 3:1.      Same for the lower pivot,  shorter distance say 2"from pivot tp pushrod  into the same length gives over 7 :1.

Went through all this in converting my car to manual,  you need at least 6:1 for manual brakes.
