Ebay spammers - another rant

This is getting rediculous.  These idiots who are all jumping on the "Get Rich Quick" programs by becoming dropshippers on eBay are out of control.

Look at this guy.  He's obviously new (84 feedback).  He has 47,181 individual items listed on eBay.  All are K&N air filters!!!!!  Yah, that's right. 47,481!

Stan, feedback is not a true signifyer of who long someone's been with e-bay.  I sold a '65 Mustang on e-bay in 2001, my first transaction.  I sold my Newport to Polaraco in 2003.  I've been dealing with e-bay for close to 9 years, yet I don't have 84 feedback at this time.  You won't find the Mustang in my feedback because the buyer never left any.  The same goes for a few others, including some China I sold for a Wasco Friend.

If anything, why would someone buy an item from this guy that you can buy at a parts store for less, or order from Summit and not pay shipping, and even tax in some states?

Snotster, you're missing my point.  I referred only to his feedback to point out that he's a newbie and got suckered into one of those dropship schemes.  He's gonna lose his shirt and he'll be gone in a few months.

The point of my rant was that I'm sick and tired of eBay forgetting its roots and catering to these bozos.
I have a standard eBay search:
(1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78) (New yorker, newport, "Royal Monaco", "Gran Fury")

I have to scroll through a gazzilion listings of generic  air filters, generic floor mats,  generic car covers, generic oil filters, balh - blah - blah, to find items that are specific to my search.

I started a discussion in the ebay forum about this and many many people agreed with me and said the drop shipper garbage has to be weeded out, but, ebay response was basically: tough %^$#!

I sort of see both sides on this.

I see Scotts point because people are entitled to make a living.  But not leaving feedback to me is rude.  I only don't leave feedback when a seller screws up.  Sometimes I only leave neutral.

I see Stans point because I get tired of sifting through page after page of people trying to appeal to too many.

I agree with Stan, it is getting absurd. They need to put new stuff in a totally separate category.

didn't they change the feedback rule?  sellers aren't allowed to leave negative feedbck to buyers anymore, or something like that.....people were being blackmailed into leaving + feedback (or they were threatened with - feedback also)

Plus, with all the BINs at their full asking price, it's no longer a
real auction... all that new stuff at fixed price  ought to be in
separate eBay Stores... when I look at '57/58 DeSoto schtuff, about 10%
of it is actually old used, or real NOS stuff, the rest is mostly new
Chinese junk  - rotors, floor mats, headlights, car covers,
filters, new models, yada yada yada... it getting
FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!  If I wanted to go to AutoZone, I'D GO THERE!!!
Sheeeesh!!

Last year I was going to start an auction.  Bought the software and everything.

got a temp site up and everything.  Problem is I need funds to make it successful and time to execute it.  Even made a logo
