rear window defogger
« on: February 05, 2009, 06:09:07 AM »

I have a line on an NOS rear window defogger that was never installed. Its something I've wished for everyday this winter. It is the dealer install electric version, not the hot water factory install vesion. I think its complete but doesn't have an installation guide with it. This may have come out as a seperate service update. I know some of you guys have alot of the printed service information and I'm hoping someone might have this. It doesn't seem like a hard thing to install, but I would like to have a reference to make sure that I have everything and that I am making connections in the correct places. I searched Allpar, but didn't come with anything on it.
Thanks

Yes it's included. Its the one on ebay. $44 bucks is cheap money for being able to see out the back window.

I loved my rear defogger I had in the fury...great system...the blower motor assembly usually installs in the pass. side speaker hole under the rear window package tray, and then the grille mounts in the center of the window in the pre-punched slot.

Good luck well work the time and hassel to install.
