Hey Bobby, taking up your challenge, I just opened my files to some pictures I took of the March Meets at Famaso a few years back.  I looked at three pics of Hemi-powered rods.  The result: Eddy 2, Holly 1.

So much for "never seeing them."

Sorry Buddy, but generalizations always make me search.

I can post the pictures if you'd like.

I didn't mean Hemi powered cars...just meant full tilt racing motors....that's all

Most get Holleys or King Demons....check the Super Gas class cars at the track....

I finally went with an Edelbrock factory remanufactured Performer 750 (#1407/9907). I talked to Jegs and Summit, and both claimed that they have fewer problems/returns with the remanufactued carbs than they do with the new ones.  Apparently their rebuild techs take their time setting them up properly.

After some tuning I found it was still too lean, so I went  two jet sizes, one rod, and one spring richer and now all the flat spots are gone and the beasty runs as fast as it ever has.

Good call, I'm very anti Holley. We'll see how the TQ on the convertible runs after sitting more or less the last 3 years.
