Pics numbers 1 & 2 are of  the starter relay on my '76 NYB (P/N 3843295).
Pic number 3 is the only starter relay shown in the parts store books for a '74+
Pic number 4 is the only starter relay shown in the parts store books for '73 and earlier.

Parts missing from your old one?? something does not look right.

I'm so embarrassed......
 
I mistook the A.C. relay for the starter relay.

Oh!!  I was going to say the third one looks like what's on my '70, so I had no idea what you were showing.

  We  all have been there,Stan.
I remember the jitterbugs I had when I was excited about firing up the C Barge back in 2004 after a nine month rebuild.
I spent hours trying to get the engine to line up with the trans it wasn't funny.
After ten minutes moving back the trans,the motor  fell in.
Then after it fired up it ran like crap.this was serious and critical at the time in order to break in the cam.
