Guess what I got?
« Reply #1 on: August 06, 2008, 09:16:15 AM »

Now if that doesn't look like an accident about to happen...what is?....After the horror story of changing just brakes from drum to disc, by one of our leaders here, who would even walk across the street to take this PRIZE as a gift?
My advice..FWIW......save the trip money and get the Dawn Rose 300C.....all done and upgraded for 75 G....or offer 69,500 and watch him spit!!
I just moved from Philadelphia to Pocahontas,AR.
Been very busy taking care of my own business......but hope none of you good fellas have fallen on your heads!
Time is money.........and never shall the twain meet!!!
Still unpacking and watching for real deals.......on real cars..
that are DONE!!

5.7 in a Rod ........SURE!  Saw a bunch this past weekend at the StreetRod Nats in Louisville
Only 10,700 rods there.

Not too many Big block cars though.   The Smallblocks ruled in that area.   Just a better fit ( read easier) .    Just really looked at Mopars with Mopar drivelines.   The vast majority of Rods still have the SB Chevy's  (YUCK) !.

So a bigblock would be the cool setup.

Noooooooo

Much MUCH less.

But Elaine is well enough to kick my ass so I have to back out of the deal.   So no street rods for this boy.

Back to the 5.7 Virgin idea
