Continental Tire lawsuit

AHA !   I knew those crappy Continental tires wore out too fast!   If you purchased a Chrysler/Dodge car since 2003 with the ContiTouring tires, you may be eligible for a claim and a rebate for them wearing out after 20k miles.   A class action suit has resulted in a settlement.  Check it out at

Steve, if you bought the new tires at America's Tire Company, they will have your purchase on their computer.  They should be able to print you a new receipt.

I stopped by and got the receipt!  Now I'm filling out my claim form to get my rebate.  Should be enough for a pizza and a 12 pack

Glad to hear the time and effort will be well worth it.  To bad the lawers will walk away with a little bit more than those truly screwed.

Is that a Cataldo's Pizza, or Pizza Hut Pizza?  If the former, it should be a large check!
