well he has a special needs insurance coverage thru the State of Mi. so they cover most of his medical supplies, including his feeding tube and the feeding pump.

Just what Ar said!  I'm happy that your little one is doing better! 
 
When is comes to weight gain I know ALL the tricks, too.  As of today I officially outweigh Siss by 125-pounds!  I've been crushing chairs left and right around the house.  I accidentally sat on Shemp the other day and my Aussie turned into a Newfoundland in square footage!  Poor Shemp...
