Swapping in 26" rad where a 22" usta be

Eventually the BoaB will be getting a cooling system upgrade.
I will be installing a 26" rad core support and rad,shroud and a 5 blade clutch fan I horked from a Dippy pawts car.
The Boab is a non-A/C car.
With the larger rad,do I need to replace the upper rad hose?
I am hoping to avoid a universal flexible rad hose.I want it to look somewhat factory.
Relocate or re-route tranny lines??
Change thermostat housing?
Application guides specify A/C or w/o A/C not rad size.
Anybody ever upgraded from a 22 to a 26" rad before?? 
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

If you're going to upgrade the radiator, replace it with a new alu one and an external tranny cooler.

But if you want to stick to original mopar rads, the hoses between 22" and 26" are interchangeable (as far as I remember from my days at the speedshop)

Is there a difference in water pumps between A/C and Non A/C cars in regards to shaft length?
I am assuming the clutch fan is a direct bolt on deal with no modifications.

I wasn't aware that the header panels were different between a BB and LA car.  I do know that a Fury 318 PS pump has a longer shaft though!

I don't think there is any problems with the water pump.  A/C and Non A/C water pumps are essentially the same with maybe a few extra fins on the impeller.
 
The clutch fan will bolt up fine to the water pump and be in the proper place with the shroud.  Remember I did the clutch and 5 blade fan in the wagon from your suggestions and was a bang on perfect fit.
 
Just double check the outer diameter of your fan with teh opening in your shroud, since the later 70's fans sometimes had a larger diameter than the earlier units.
 
Thermostat will be the same, and tranny lines should be the same as well.

C'mon Lea, just do what the factory did to my '68 Newport Custom with A/C-they must have run out of 26" cores or supports and my car has a 3 row 22" rad. from a '68 Dodge truck with A/C. THe car has never run hot before or after the recore of the radiator.  I have the 2 piece metal shroud on my car also.  Crazy stuff.

Good idea,Rob!.I have already collected the 26" parts.
But I am keeping all the origianl scthuff i am removing from theBoab that is worth keeping..
