Guys, I want to put a clutch fan on the 300 while the radiator is being serviced.  It has a stock 6 blade on it now, and while I don't have cooling issues as of yet, I want to free up some drag on the engine, and maybe help mileage a bit.  Should is look for the big 7 blade clutch unit, or use the Mopar Performance 5 blade assembly as seen here:

If your car has AC, and it works, you need the 7 blade fan.  If not, go with the one you demonstrated.  It should serve you well.

I'm using a clutch and 5 blade fan off a mid eighties M-body...Fifth Ave I believe...exactly the same as the Jegs one for sale.  And I think I paid all of $25 for mine.

I'm using it on my 68 T/C wagon with a 440 and A/C and have not had any issues...yet..but I think Leaburn is using this same set-up on his Newyorker I believe.

 
But I also have...as fall back insurance, a 7 blade manual and clutch fan just in case.

Yup the clutches are interchangeable....Damn good score!!!  3 fans and two clutches for $20!!!
 
Now you have a 5 and 7 blade fan you can try with the clutch and if all else fails use the manual 7 blade fan.....Hmmm seems I know someone else with this kind of foresight...

Just a little more info for you...I was looking at the fans you got and the only thing I can see that might be a problem is with the diameter of the fans.
 
I'm not sure of the exazct measurement and what year they changed but I'll say mid 70's and earlier used a smaller diameter fan than late 70's and newer.  There is about a 1 inch (25mm....hehehe..metric..) difference in overall diameter.
 
So if your car has an original fan shroud you may not be able to use the later/bigger style fan.
 
But you can sometimes get a later fan shroud and it will bolt up to the earlier radiators.
 
I'm using the 71 300 rad in my 68 wagon and the shroud was toast...so I had another, mid/late 70's shroud (big diameter) and it bolted up fine.

The NY'er has its factory 7 blade fan.
The BoaB will be using the Dippy 5 blade fan with '67 factory fan shroud and rad.
The Mopar one is a copy of the M body one-as far as I am concerned.The biggest difference between them is price.I got the 5 blade from a 85 Caravelle I parted out for my Dippy.

There's two guys with no necks on their way out there in a private chartered jet.  They should be there any minute!  One of them is a 330 pounder I had the pleasure to be with Saturday.  So if Mobby is real  quiet for the next day or so, you'll know.  He's the one who will fill the door.       
 
I have a 5 blade I can use.  As far as I know, its lighter but beats the same amount of air as the 7 blade.  I just saw them as a bargan
