If the bottom tabs are as I remember them, they are spot welded together on the ears.
 
Drill out the welds and bolt them back together.
 
Or, you can do what I did and buy a 1" sway bar from Just suspensions.  But measure the O.D. of the strut rod to be sure you get the right bushings.  Mine are 11/16.  The originals that came with the new bar were 3/4.  When we got it right, the bar stopped moving all over the place under there.

Everyone says Drill out the spot welds and then bolt back together....GRRRRR...I really didn't want to do this BUT if I must, I must....
