1960 DODGE DART SPECIFICATIONS  CHASSIS –Integrated, one-piece unitized body with box section engine mount. 14”  Safety–Rim Wheels. Hydraulic total–contact 11” brakes with Cyclebond lining. External contracting parking brake with Standard Transmission. Internal expanding parking brake with PowerFlite, TorrrrrqueFlite or TorqueFlite Six Transmissions. Parking brake operated independently of service brakes.  TIRES – Tubeless tires, size 7.50 x 14 (except Station Wagons and Convertible). Tire size 8.00 x 14 on Station Wagons and Convertible, optional at extra cost on other body styles. 1960 DODGE DART (PRODUCTION)  306,603 Dodge Darts were built during the 1960 model year. In rounded off figures, this included 111,600 Dodge Dart Seneca passenger cars and an undetermined number of Seneca station wagons. (Station wagons were a separate series. A total of some 51,600 station wagons were built in all lines.) During model year 1960, Dodge built 44,719 two-door sedans; 162,420 four-door sedans; 54,345 two-door hardtops; 20,216 four-door hardtops; 8,817 convertibles; 38,275 four-door station wagons with two seats and 13,379 station wagons with three seats.  1960 DODGE MATADOR/POLARA (PRODUCTION)  42,517 Dodges were built during the 1960 model year. Rounded off to the nearest 100, this included 23,600 Matador passenger cars and an undetermined number of Matador station wagons. (Station wagons were separate.
