This is where it all comes apart. Getting here is easy, and it's where I learn just what work lies ahead.

Some rust was found in the trunk...

...and this is the least weathered part of the car, the underside of the decklid. This shot is very close to the original "881 Brite Blue Metallic" color.

The engine has been pulled, and all of the chrome goodies are being removed. So far, everything has been tagged and bagged. I just hope that after 2 years I can remember where it all goes...
